Medical Receptionist & Patient Coordinator

About the role

Paradise Dental Centre is expanding its front‑desk team and seeks a dedicated Medical Receptionist & Patient Coordinator. The role combines reception duties with patient coordination to ensure a smooth, friendly experience for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients professionally and manage their check‑in process.
• Schedule appointments, maintain patient records, and handle billing tasks.
• Answer phone calls, respond to WhatsApp inquiries, and perform follow‑ups.
• Coordinate daily clinic operations with doctors and support staff.
• Maintain an organized front‑desk area and uphold a courteous atmosphere.

Required profile

• Intermediate education level; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Urdu; basic English is a plus.
• Responsible, honest, organized, and punctual.
• Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, pharmacy, reception, or customer‑service role is preferred.
