Medical Retail Sales Officer

About the role

The Medical Retail Sales Officer will drive the expansion of Sehat Medical Devices’ presence in pharmacies across Lahore. This field‑based role involves daily visits to pharmacies, introducing the company’s range of medical disposables, and securing shelf space and orders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily door‑to‑door visits to pharmacies in the assigned territory.
• Introduce and promote SMD’s medical disposables, encouraging retail adoption.
• Persuade pharmacy owners/managers to stock SMD products and place regular orders.
• Ensure proper shelf placement, visibility, and compliance with suggested pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy decision‑makers.
• Achieve sales targets and coverage KPIs set by the company.
• Collect and share market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and demand trends.
• Maintain daily reporting, visit logs, and route plans.
• Coordinate with distribution partners and internal teams for smooth order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc); Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmacy sales, medical disposables, FMCG or field sales.
• Strong persuasion and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work independently in the field and plan daily routes.
• Basic understanding of pharmacy product movement is a plus.
• Own transport.
