Medical Sales Executive – Women’s Health Products

About the role

The Medical Sales Executive will promote and drive sales of contraceptives, IUDs, implants, medical devices, nutraceuticals and other women’s health products. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring product availability and achieving territory sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned products.
• Conduct effective product detailing and scientific promotion to doctors and other healthcare providers.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, chemists, distributors and key customers.
• Ensure product availability, visibility and prescription generation within the assigned territory.
• Plan and execute customer visits, call cycles, sampling, CME activities and promotional plans.
• Identify and develop new customers, especially in the Family Planning segment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
• Prepare timely sales reports, customer coverage plans and market updates through TMX.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and DRAP ethical promotion standards.

Required profile

• Science graduate (minimum Bachelor’s degree).
• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience in gynecology or the broader healthcare sector.
• Well‑presented, professional and confident when dealing with healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, territory management and sales execution abilities.
• Good product knowledge and ability to engage healthcare professionals effectively.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
