Medical Sales Representative – Pharmaceutical Products

About the role

We are seeking motivated Medical Sales Representatives to promote innovative pharmaceutical products across Pakistan. You will build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and drive sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed territory targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.
• Present clinical benefits and product features effectively.
• Proactively manage and expand your territory through planning and engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and clinical advancements.
• Utilize CRM software to track interactions, sales activities, and performance.
• Participate in medical conferences, workshops, and promotional events.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven pharmaceutical or medical sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Science, or Business Administration.
• Registered Pharmacist or relevant medical sales certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Data analysis capability to inform sales strategies.
