Medical Scribe – Night Shift (Karachi, PECHS Block 2)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Medical Scribe to support US‑based physicians during the night shift (9 PM – 6 AM) from our office in PECHS Block 2, Karachi. The role involves real‑time transcription of patient encounters and accurate documentation in an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Key responsibilities

• Transcribe physician‑patient interactions live via audio/video calls.
• Capture patient history, symptoms, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Generate complete SOAP notes and update patient records in the EHR.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Work consistently during the designated night‑shift hours while maintaining focus and productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical or related field (e.g., MBBS, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biology) preferred.
• Prior experience as a medical scribe or in healthcare documentation.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Excellent listening, comprehension, and typing accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
