Medicare Supervisor – Live Transfers

About the role

PiRails is seeking an experienced Medicare Supervisor to lead its US Medicare live‑transfer operations on the night shift. The role involves overseeing campaign performance, supporting agents in real‑time objection handling, and ensuring compliance with TCPA and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of US Medicare live‑transfer campaigns.
• Manage floor performance, agent productivity, and campaign KPIs in real time.
• Monitor calls, provide coaching, and handle objection handling support.
• Ensure compliance with TCPA requirements and internal procedures.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and communicate performance reports and operational updates.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the campaign team to achieve targets.

Required profile

• 2+ years supervising US Medicare live‑transfer campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Medicare campaign operations and beneficiary qualification criteria.
• Working knowledge of TCPA guidelines and telemarketing compliance.
• Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts on‑site in Lahore.
