MEP Draftsman – Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Design

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Draftsman to develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. The role involves collaborating with engineers and project managers, ensuring designs meet standards, and supporting site teams throughout construction.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed MEP design drawings and specifications using CAD software.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to align designs with project requirements.
• Review architectural plans for compatibility with MEP systems.
• Update and revise drawings to reflect design changes and enhancements.
• Coordinate with on‑site teams to resolve design issues during construction.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, plans, and specifications.
• Maintain an organized library of MEP designs and related documents.
• Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel as needed.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in MEP drafting.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
• Certification in CAD software is a plus.
• Familiarity with BIM software is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
