Meta Ads Expert

About the role

Sufyan Law Associates, a Lahore-based legal firm, is looking for a Meta Ads Expert to plan, create and optimise Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns that generate qualified leads and raise brand visibility. This is a full-time, on-site position in Lahore, with regular office presence and close collaboration with the internal team.

Key responsibilities

• Research audiences and set up campaigns and ad sets
• Write and test ad creatives
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results
• Coordinate with the firm's leadership to align campaigns with business goals
• Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered
• Prior experience running lead-generation campaigns for service-based businesses; experience in legal or professional services is an advantage
• Comfortable working on-site in Lahore with legal professionals in a confidential and ethical environment

Required skills

• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting and performance tracking
• Ad creative development: copywriting, basic visual design coordination and A/B testing
• Data analysis of CPC, CTR, CPL and ROAS
• Digital marketing fundamentals such as remarketing, conversion tracking and funnel-based lead generation
• Strong written and verbal communication and organisational skills
