Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Solution Architect

About the role

Santcore Technologies is seeking a senior Solution Architect to lead a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation for a US‑based client. The role starts as a contract engagement with remote work, then converts to a full‑time position at our Karachi office once the project is awarded.

Key responsibilities

• Review client RFPs, perform fit‑gap analysis, and refine solution architecture during the pre‑sales phase.
• Design the target Business Central architecture, including configuration, AL extensions, integration layer, and Power BI data model.
• Produce detailed effort estimates and author technical sections of proposals.
• Support client demos, technical Q&A, and advise on ISV selections and licensing.
• Lead solution design workshops with the client after award, covering chart of accounts, costing, dimensions, and custom table design.
• Oversee AL extension development, set coding standards, and manage DevOps pipelines and testing.
• Design and supervise integration builds using Business Central APIs, webhooks, Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus.
• Define data migration strategy, plan cut‑over, and ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience (5+ years) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solution architecture.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale ERP implementations for US clients.
• Strong communication skills to work with US Central Time zone stakeholders.
• Ability to transition from pre‑sales consulting to full delivery leadership.
