About the role

SoftwareMotion is seeking a motivated Mid Level Engineer specialized in Decision, Planning and Control (DPC) to develop and optimise control algorithms for advanced driver‑assistance systems (ADAS). You will work closely with test teams and contribute to high‑quality, efficient embedded software.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop and refine control algorithms for ADAS features.
Implement algorithms with a focus on computational and memory efficiency.
Collaborate with test teams to understand issues and support debugging.
Participate in code and model reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
Translate requirement documentation into robust code.

Required profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in control system development.
Strong English communication skills.

Required skills

Proficiency in C/C++.
Experience with MATLAB/Simulink.
Familiarity with Git (branching, commit, push, pull, rebase).
Basic knowledge of control theory and embedded systems.
Python (optional but a plus).
