Mobile App Growth Manager

About the role

Ninesol Technologies, a mobile app studio with over 50 million total downloads across iOS and Android, is expanding its core growth team. It is looking for a results-driven Mobile App Growth Manager with a proven track record in performance marketing, App Store Optimization (ASO) and app monetization. The role leads end-to-end user acquisition across Google App Campaigns, Meta Ads and other ad networks, and owns the in-app monetization funnels (in-app purchases, ad revenue and subscriptions). The position is full-time and on-site in Rawalpindi / Islamabad.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, run and scale high-ROI paid user acquisition campaigns on Google App Campaigns, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads and DSP networks
• Manage marketing budgets to hit target KPIs, focusing on CAC, ROAS and LTV
• Work with designers and video editors to test and iterate ad creatives such as playable ads, short-form video and UGC
• Optimize freemium-to-paid conversion funnels, paywalls, trial-to-paid flows and onboarding
• Manage ad monetization (Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX, Unity) alongside in-app purchases to maximize eCPM, ARPU and ARPDAU
• Run paywall A/B tests (pricing tiers, offers, billing cycles) using tools such as RevenueCat
• Use MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) and product analytics (Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to track cohorts, retention and churn
• Partner with Product Managers, UI/UX designers and developers on growth-focused product changes and analytics tracking

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience scaling mobile app UA and monetization in a mobile app studio or digital product environment
• Hands-on experience running large-scale campaigns on Google App Campaigns and Meta Ads
• Strong analytical skills; bonus points for experience converting free users into paying subscribers and for growth management of portfolios over 1M users

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of attribution partners (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, Branch) and SKAdNetwork tracking
• Advanced Excel, SQL or BI visualization tools
• Nice to have: RevenueCat, Adapty, paywall optimization tools and localization strategies
