About the role

Commandant Ordinance College Malir Cantonment in Karachi is recruiting for several entry‑level positions across its administrative and support functions. The vacancies include a Civil/Mechanical Driver, Compositors, a Naib Qasid (clerical assistant) and a USM (office support staff). Candidates will join a government‑run educational institution and will be expected to work on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Civil/Mechanical Driver – operate heavy‑transport vehicles (HTV), transport staff and materials, and ensure vehicle maintenance.
• Compositors – prepare and assemble printed materials according to departmental standards.
• Naib Qasid – perform clerical duties such as filing, record keeping and assisting senior staff.
• USM – provide general office support, handle correspondence and maintain office supplies.

Required profile

• Civil/Mechanical Driver – minimum primary education (preferably Matric), valid HTV driving licence, at least one year HTV driving experience, and a technical diploma.
• Compositors – Matriculation, minimum two years relevant work experience, and successful completion of the departmental entrance exam.
• Naib Qasid – primary education (preferably Matric) and passing the departmental entrance exam.
• USM – primary education (preferably Matric) and passing the departmental entrance exam.

Required skills

• Valid HTV driving licence (for driver role)
• Technical diploma (for driver role)
