Named Partner – Senior Legal Leadership

About the role

The Law Offices of Hamza Salahuddin are seeking two experienced lawyers to join as Named Partners. This senior, full‑time position is based on‑site in Lahore and involves expanding an individual practice into a partnership framework while driving the firm’s strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex legal cases across core practice areas such as corporate, civil, commercial, criminal, or family law.
• Develop and grow practice areas, negotiate on behalf of clients, and represent them before courts and tribunals.
• Oversee legal operations, supervise junior lawyers and support staff, and ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in business development, networking, client acquisition, and maintaining existing relationships.

Required profile

• Active high courts license and bar membership in Pakistan, in good standing.
• Significant experience practising law, preferably in a leadership role within a law firm.
• Proven ability to manage complex cases, draft and review legal documents, and provide strategic advice.
• Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

Required skills

• LLB or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Urdu or other local languages is an advantage.
