National After‑Sales Manager

About the role

People Perfect is seeking a National After‑Sales Manager to lead its nationwide after‑sales service operations for TV products. The role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across branches, warehouses, call centres and authorised service partners while driving customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage after‑sales operations across all regions, service centres, warehouses, call centres and ASPs.
• Drive national service KPIs such as TAT, FTFR, CSAT/NPS and overall service quality.
• Develop and enforce after‑sales policies, SOPs, processes and operational standards.
• Monitor regional and ASP performance, compliance and service quality through audits and work‑order reviews.
• Oversee spare‑parts availability, inventory management, PSI and asset accountability.
• Coordinate with product, sales, supply‑chain, finance, IT and other departments for operational requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or related field.
• 10‑15 years of experience in after‑sales service and branch operations within consumer electronics or home appliances.
• Proven experience managing ASPs, customer service and field service teams.
• Strong knowledge of service policies, SOP implementation, KPI management and budgeting.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems.
