About the role
Intermoda is seeking a Manufacturing General Manager to run the factory daily, ensuring on‑time production, efficiency, quality and cost control across all in‑house and outsourced processes.
Key responsibilities
- Own on‑time production, efficiency, quality and cost per piece.
- Translate plans into dependable output by building methodical systems and teams.
- Avoid firefighting by establishing robust operational processes.
- Set and execute the strategy for capacity expansion and operating model improvement.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- Strong track record of improving efficiency, quality and cost performance.
- Ability to develop and implement systematic processes and build high‑performing teams.
- Strategic mindset for scaling operations and expanding capacity.
