National Sales Manager – Industrial Chemicals

About the role

Nimir Industrial Chemicals Ltd. seeks an experienced National Sales Manager to lead the nationwide sales strategy for its specialized range of industrial and construction chemical products. The role involves overseeing multi‑regional sales efforts, managing a team of eight professionals, and driving substantial revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve national revenue and growth objectives.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team of eight across multiple regions to exceed targets.
• Manage a national portfolio of key accounts and major projects, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, distributors, and channel partners to maximize market penetration.
• Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM utilization (Salesforce or HubSpot).
• Analyze performance metrics and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, contracts, and collections to protect margins.
• Coordinate with marketing, technical services, and product management to align offerings with customer needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of B2B and project sales experience in construction chemicals, concrete admixtures, industrial flooring, coatings, waterproofing, or related specialty building materials.
• Proven ability to manage national and multi‑regional accounts and develop key projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy, margin management, and negotiations.
• Demonstrated talent for team building, coaching, and fostering a high‑performance sales culture.
