Network Security Engineer (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Network Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure for a global leader in IT services. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with occasional on‑site collaboration, and focuses on protecting critical data assets against cyber threats.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
• Monitor network traffic for anomalies and respond to security incidents in real time.
• Develop and enforce network security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate security best practices into network architecture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in network security engineering or a similar role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewall technologies.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and overall network infrastructure.
• Experience with penetration testing, threat analysis, and incident response.
