Night Shift Call Center Agent for USA/UK Campaigns

About the role

Mestro Digital Marketing is seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our night‑shift team. You will focus on outbound cold‑calling for USA and UK campaigns, generating leads and promoting digital‑marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the USA and UK.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Promote a range of digital‑marketing services to businesses.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of proven cold‑calling experience.
• Previous experience handling USA and/or UK campaigns.
• Strong English communication and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a target‑driven environment.
• Professional attitude and solid work ethic.

Required skills

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Objection handling and sales‑closing techniques.
