About the role
Join DBS Solutions as a Customer Sales Specialist working night shifts, handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with orders, sales, and support.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer calls, emails, live chat, and social media inquiries.
- Process orders, refunds, exchanges, and provide order status updates.
- Use CRM system to manage customer interactions and maintain records.
- Resolve complaints professionally and offer appropriate solutions.
Required profile
- Fluent written and spoken English with good grammar.
- At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience in an international call center.
- Ability to work night shift (6 pm – 3 am).
- O Levels/Matric or higher education.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Fast typing and ability to think quickly under pressure.
