Night Supervisor – Front Desk Operations

About the role

Kickstart, Pakistan’s largest coworking space operator, is looking for a Night Supervisor (FDO) to manage front‑desk and night‑time operations at its Islamabad campus. You will be the primary point of contact for members during the evening shift, ensuring a smooth, professional experience from 4 PM to 2 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee front‑desk activities throughout the night shift.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for members and visitors.
• Address member queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Supervise on‑ground staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Report any operational issues to the morning manager for follow‑up.
• Complete check‑ins, shift logs, and reporting requirements accurately.

Required profile

• Background in hospitality or operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and member‑facing demeanor.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, accountable, and proactive in problem‑solving.
