Off-Campus Hospital Administrator / Senior Administrator

About the role

The Off-Campus Hospital Administrator / Senior Administrator will lead the 38‑bed SafeCare Level 5 facility in Kharadar, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of Outreach Health Services. The role is responsible for ensuring seamless operations, strategic performance, and compliance with international quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans, operational goals and budgets for the hospital.
• Provide leadership and direction to the management team, aligning activities with the organization’s vision and mission.
• Prioritize quality and safety through effective execution of quality, safety, infection control and facilities management standards.
• Monitor clinical volumes, revenue streams, and financial performance.
• Manage human resources, ensuring optimal staffing and performance.
• Ensure all systems, policies and procedures comply with regulatory requirements and approved standards.
• Prepare performance reports and business proposals for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies.
• Serve as a role model, offering problem‑solving support and guidance to staff.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a hospital or large healthcare facility.
• Strong ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing budgets, financial resources and human capital.
• Deep understanding of quality, safety, infection control and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to act as a role model for staff.
