Office 365 & Azure Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Azure Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration. The role involves deploying, managing, and supporting cloud infrastructure while ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations. You will collaborate closely with the infrastructure team to maintain Azure environments, Microsoft 365 services, and endpoint security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and manage Azure Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks and Network Security Groups.
• Administer Azure Backup, Recovery Services Vault and Azure Site Recovery.
• Support on‑premises to Azure migration projects for VMs, file servers and Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and Intune.
• Configure Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), RBAC, MFA and Conditional Access policies.
• Monitor cloud resources, troubleshoot issues and optimise performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with Azure networking, backup, recovery and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with cloud security best practices and Microsoft Defender solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
