Officer / Assistant Manager – ADC Reconciliation & Dispute

About the role

Bank Al-Habib is seeking energetic individuals to join its IT Trainee Officer Program as an Officer / Assistant Manager focused on ADC Reconciliation, Dispute handling and Chargebacks. The role offers exposure to multiple IT and finance functions while contributing to the bank's digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily ADC reconciliation and ensure accuracy of transaction records.
• Investigate and resolve customer disputes and chargeback cases.
• Collaborate with IT, Business Analysts and Operations teams to improve reconciliation processes.
• Prepare reports on reconciliation status, dispute trends and chargeback metrics.
• Support the implementation of digital banking solutions related to payment processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics/Telecom Engineering or a related field from a reputable institution.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience or internship exposure.
• Maximum age of 25 years as of 31 January 2026.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Karachi.
