On-Ground Sales Representative

About the role

OD Pakistan, a fast-growing donut brand operating 59 locations across 10 major Pakistani cities, is hiring a full-time, on-site On-Ground Sales Representative in Karachi. The role engages walk-in customers, explains product offerings and promotes ongoing deals and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in customers, explain products and promote deals and campaigns
• Handle customer inquiries and support order taking
• Maintain product displays and monitor stock levels
• Coordinate with the store team to meet sales targets
• Gather customer feedback
• Follow company guidelines, support brand initiatives and represent the brand professionally

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build positive customer relationships
• Basic sales and customer service skills, including upselling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or food service environment, with attention to detail, cleanliness and presentation
• Comfort with basic cash handling, order processing and team coordination
• Previous on-ground sales, retail or hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Secondary-level education or above preferred; basic literacy and numeracy
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak days
• Reliable, punctual and customer-focused
