On-Site Customer Care Agent (Night Shift, English Speaking)

About the role

ReallTime is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Care (CSR) agent in Lahore for its night shift. The position requires fluent English and involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions by phone, email and chat, giving accurate information and resolving issues promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer queries and manage complaints
• Document interactions in the system and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Adhere to call center guidelines and meet performance targets
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer experience
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions and represent the company's commitment to personalized, high-quality service

Required profile

• Strong customer-facing capabilities, including customer service, support and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken and written English
• Ability to work night shifts on-site in Lahore with consistent attendance and punctuality
• Experience in call centers or customer care is preferred but not mandatory; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, communications or related fields is an advantage
