Onboarding Implementation Specialist I

About the role

TCP (TimeClock Plus) is seeking an Onboarding Implementation Specialist I to configure and deploy its time‑keeping and workforce‑management software for new clients. You will guide customers through the setup process, demonstrate system functionality, and ensure a smooth transition from purchase to active use.

Key responsibilities

• Execute implementation project plans under the direction of a Project Manager, aligning resources and timelines with customer needs.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, tracking progress and updating task status in project‑management tools.
• Gather business requirements, understand client time‑and‑attendance processes, and tailor the solution accordingly.
• Provide friendly, courteous support to guarantee customer satisfaction and success.
• Assist the project team in identifying risks and participate in root‑cause analysis when issues arise.

Required profile

• Exceptional communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven experience as an Implementation Specialist or in a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field is a plus.
