About the role
We are seeking an experienced OnBuy Virtual Assistant to join our team onsite in Multan. The role focuses on managing product listings, handling orders, and ensuring smooth marketplace operations on the OnBuy platform.
Key responsibilities
- Create, update, and optimize product listings on OnBuy.
- Monitor and process customer orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve any listing issues.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights.
Required profile
- Prior hands‑on experience with the OnBuy marketplace.
- Ability to present live proof of previous work and results.
- Strong understanding of e‑commerce product listing, order management, and marketplace workflows.
- Available to work onsite in Multan.
