Onsite Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all on‑site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Conduct rigorous quality control inspections to verify that work meets established standards and industry best practices.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents to guide site operations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating resources and activities to optimize workflow and mitigate delays.
• Lead and mentor site teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment while ensuring safety compliance.
• Perform risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventative measures.
• Prepare and submit regular site reports documenting progress, challenges, and resource utilization.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in on‑site engineering or construction management.
• Proven ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents.
• Demonstrated experience in site supervision and quality control.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid understanding of safety compliance in construction environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software.
• Familiarity with BIM software (preferred).
• Knowledge of MEP systems and basic structural analysis principles.
• Experience in project planning and scheduling methodologies.
