Operations Executive - US Last Mile

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Operations Executive to manage and optimise last‑mile delivery operations for our US‑based clients. Based in Karachi, you will coordinate drivers, oversee daily centre activities and ensure seamless order fulfilment during rotational night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with drivers to manage pickup and delivery schedules efficiently.
• Oversee daily operations of the delivery centre, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Resolve delivery‑related issues, delays, and escalations promptly.
• Plan routes and distribute loads to maximise efficiency.
• Support onboarding and management of 1099 delivery drivers as needed.
• Monitor load management to guarantee timely deliveries.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in US logistics or last‑mile operations.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work rotational night shifts (4 PM–1 AM & 12 AM–9 AM).
• Excellent problem‑solving and coordination abilities.
