Operations – Ocean Freight

About the role

DSV is looking for an Operations professional to manage ocean freight global accounts. You will act as a single point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth documentation, shipment tracking and coordination with service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ocean freight accounts, handling customer correspondence and operational queries.
• Track shipments, issue invoices and coordinate with internal and external counterparts.
• Prepare and process sea‑freight export documentation.
• Maintain compliance with export procedures and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with outsourced service providers and vendors to improve productivity.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar ocean freight or logistics role.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and function well in a team environment.
