Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

A client is looking for an Oracle EBS techno-functional professional who can own ERP operations, lead development work and turn business needs into solid technical solutions. The role covers implementation, customization, integration and support of Oracle EBS applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementations, from analyzing business process requirements to writing technical and functional specifications.
• Keep operations and process tracking running across Oracle EBS Financials, Supply Chain and WIP.
• Build and integrate APIs and interfaces with custom solutions, create reports and handle period-end reconciliations.
• Guide development teams working on Oracle APEX, Forms, Reports, Power BI, OBIEE or similar tools.
• Manage multiple development projects at the same time.
• Design and re-engineer business processes using flowcharts, DFDs, ER diagrams and prototypes.
• Set and enforce SOPs, templates and documentation standards for design, development and testing.
• Deliver robust, bug-free and scalable application designs.
• Provide first and second line support for custom ERP applications.
• Develop and customize Oracle Workflows and Alerts, and implement ERP modules while monitoring their performance.
• Create training material, run user training sessions and collect feedback.

Required profile

• At least 4 to 5 full-cycle application development projects completed.
• Strong leadership, systems thinking and proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Experience in performance management, team and process improvement, requirements gathering and process enhancement.
• Results-driven, deadline focused, good under pressure, strong communicator and able to mentor others.

Required skills

• Oracle APEX, Oracle Forms & Reports (10g/11g/12c), Oracle Database (19c+), SQL, PL/SQL and Toad.
• EBS forms personalization, customization and Oracle Workflow development.
• OAF, ODF, OBIEE and Oracle BI Publisher.
• Oracle Applications R12 architecture, including Financials, Supply Chain and Process Manufacturing, with API and interface-based customization.
• Requirements documentation with MS Visio and ERwin.
