Oracle ERP Functional Consultant (R12 & ODM)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Functional Consultant to join our implementation team. The role focuses on Oracle E‑Business Suite R12 and Oracle Discrete Manufacturing (ODM) modules, supporting clients in the manufacturing and textile sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional configuration of Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and Oracle SCM modules.
• Implement and customize Oracle ODM to meet manufacturing requirements.
• Conduct requirement gathering, design workshops, and UAT activities.
• Provide end‑user training and create functional documentation.
• Deliver post‑go‑live production support and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration across modules.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on functional experience with Oracle ERP.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials and SCM processes.
• Mandatory experience with Oracle Discrete Manufacturing (ODM).
• Proven track record in ERP implementation, configuration, UAT, training, and support.
• Understanding of P2P, O2C, and R2R business processes.
• Experience in the manufacturing or textile industry is a plus.
