Order Booking Officer – FMCG Sales (Motorbike Required)

About the role

We are looking for an Order Booking Officer to join our FMCG distribution team in Lahore. The role involves daily visits to retail outlets, taking orders, and ensuring product visibility on the shop floor. A motorbike and a valid driving licence are mandatory for this field‑based position.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned territories each day to collect orders from retailers and traders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners, wholesalers and trade customers.
• Achieve daily and monthly order targets consistently.
• Ensure product availability, proper shelving and merchandising at retail points.
• Collect payments, record orders and maintain accurate collection logs.
• Provide daily market feedback and sales reports to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum Matriculation; Intermediate preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Order Booker, Sales Executive or DSR in FMCG/distribution.
• Own motorbike with a valid driving licence.
• Good knowledge of Lahore markets and existing relationships with retailers.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Hard‑working, punctual and target‑oriented.
