OTR Sales Manager (English Speaker) - Pakistan Market

About the role

Sailun Group, a leading tire developer and manufacturer, is looking for an OTR Sales Manager who speaks English and will cover the Pakistan market. The role focuses on OTR tires and includes after-sales service, market planning and customer handling.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales and services for the Pakistan market, focusing on OTR tires.
• Provide after-sales service and suggest improvements to product performance.
• Gather market intelligence and develop market and competition plans.
• Handle customer claims and complaints with support from the group's Service and Technical teams.
• Train customers on product knowledge and help business departments collect channel information.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business.
• More than 3 years of sales experience in OTR tires.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including business trips and work on mine sites.
• Strong preference for candidates familiar with Pakistan's local tire market and holding local distributor or fleet resources.

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently under pressure.
