Outbound Appointment Setter – Cold Calling (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced outbound Appointment Setter to join our fast‑growing AI‑driven FinTech & Technology campaign. This remote position targets Australian businesses and requires making high‑volume cold calls to schedule qualified appointments for senior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100–150 outbound calls per day using an automated dialer.
• Engage business owners, mortgage brokers, real‑estate directors and other decision‑makers.
• Qualify prospects with our proven framework and handle objections professionally.
• Book qualified appointments into consultants’ calendars and maintain accurate CRM notes.
• Consistently meet daily and weekly activity targets, aiming for at least six qualified appointments per day.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of outbound cold‑calling experience in B2B sales, lead generation, insurance, telecom, MCA or high‑ticket appointment setting.
• Excellent spoken English with strong objection‑handling skills.
• Self‑disciplined, resilient, and comfortable with high rejection rates.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet AEDT shift (4 am‑12 pm Pakistan time).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and automated dialing tools.
