Outbound Calling Officer

About the role

We are looking for an Outbound Calling Officer to proactively contact property owners, buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants, turning those conversations into qualified opportunities. The role emphasizes disciplined outbound prospecting, sharp qualification, accurate CRM documentation, and timely follow‑up at high volume.

Key responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 300 outbound call attempts per working day using the company‑approved dialer, CRM, and lead lists.
• Contact prospective real‑estate leads, follow approved scripts, and present the company’s services accurately.
• Generate qualified opportunities, schedule callbacks, and transfer leads to the appropriate representative.
• Capture detailed property and buyer information, and disposition each call according to the qualification framework.
• Maintain 100% call disposition, accurate notes, and timely follow‑up in the CRM.

Required profile

• High school, intermediate qualification, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education.
• 2‑3 years experience in outbound calling, telesales, telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Neutral US accent with confident, professional phone communication.
• Experience in real‑estate, property acquisition, brokerage, mortgage, or investor lead generation is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using dialer software.
• Strong ability to work with spreadsheet applications and productivity tools.
