Outbound Calling Specialist

About the role

Cloud Rexpo is looking for confident and energetic calling agents with strong communication skills to handle outbound and inbound calls for international clients. The position is full-time, on a night shift, based in Rawalpindi, with a basic salary of up to PKR 70,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, leads and clients, and handle inbound calls professionally, answering customer queries.
• Introduce company services and explain relevant offers clearly.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments and maintain proper call records.
• Follow approved calling scripts while keeping conversations natural and professional.
• Update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM or assigned system.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects and achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling targets.
• Maintain a professional tone, protect client and company information, and coordinate with supervisors and teams on qualified leads and customer concerns.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English and clear pronunciation; confident, persuasive and professional communication style.
• Good listening, negotiation and customer-handling skills, and ability to manage objections with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Previous experience in a call center, telesales, customer support or BPO environment is preferred; fresh candidates with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or calling software.
