About the role

Keystone Medics is seeking enthusiastic fresh dialers to join its Lahore office. The position involves making outbound calls to patients and clients, delivering billing‑related information in clear English while following structured scripts.

Key responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to patients or clients using predefined scripts.
• Communicate billing information politely and accurately.
• Document call outcomes and update internal systems.
• Escalate complex queries to senior team members.
• Meet daily call volume targets and participate in regular training.
• Collaborate with the team to improve call quality and customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong English speaking and listening abilities.
• Professional, courteous attitude toward customers.
• High school diploma minimum; college education preferred.
• Willingness to work in a target‑driven environment and accept feedback.
• Previous call‑center or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills
