About the role
Nearpeer is hiring two Outbound Sales & Lead Recovery Executives in Lahore. You will reconnect with students who previously showed interest in its educational programmes or attended an orientation but did not enrol, understand their concerns, answer their questions and help turn them into paying students.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to previously unconverted leads.
- Speak with students and parents to understand their concerns.
- Address objections and explain the relevant programmes.
- Follow up with interested prospects and support enrolment.
- Maintain accurate call records and work towards sales targets.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in handling phone conversations.
- Strong Urdu communication; English is an advantage.
- Target-driven attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous sales or telesales experience preferred, but strong fresh graduates may apply.
