About the role
As a Service Sales Executive you will build and manage long‑term client relationships in the US logistics space, onboarding new clients and growing existing accounts. The role focuses on relationship‑driven sales rather than scripted, high‑pressure calling.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard and retain logistics clients in the US market.
- Grow account revenue and earn commission based on performance.
Required profile
- Experience in BPO or call‑center environments.
- Ability to work night shift (6 PM – 2 AM) six days a week.
Required skills
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
