Outbound Team Lead - Logistics

About the role

Daraz Mart is hiring an Outbound Team Lead for its warehouse in Raiwind. The role oversees the outbound process and manages the team that picks, packs and ships orders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee order picking, packing, sorting, quality checking, staging and final loading of outbound shipments.
• Assign daily tasks, manage break schedules, monitor labour allocation and adjust staffing to real-time order volume.
• Train new hires, run daily huddles, give regular feedback on speed and accuracy and handle initial performance issues.
• Investigate shipping mistakes, missing inventory and damaged goods, and act as the main escalation point for floor exceptions.
• Enforce safety rules, SOPs and equipment checklists such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Coordinate with Inbound, Inventory Control, Transportation and Customer Service teams to clear bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a warehouse, e-commerce or distribution centre, including supervisory or team lead duties.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including day, night and weekend operations, and extended hours during peak seasons.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and scanning equipment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel for tracking metrics and reporting.
