About the role

Nordic Visibility is seeking a proactive Outreach Specialist to expand its client pipeline across Europe and Scandinavia. The role involves identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and generating qualified business opportunities for digital marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients across European and Scandinavian markets.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.
• Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels with personalized messages.
• Follow up with prospects, qualify leads, and schedule meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop new prospecting opportunities.

Required profile

• Entry-level position with a morning shift.
• Remote or online work.

Required skills

• Experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, sales development, or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong research and prospecting abilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM systems, and lead‑generation tools.
• Ability to write personalized outreach messages.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
