Sales Executive (IT Solutions) - Night Shift

About the role

Genixo Technologies, a software company based in Karachi specializing in web development and UI/UX design, is hiring a Sales Executive (night shift) to generate international sales for its services. The role is fully remote, works at night in US/UK time zones, and is commission-only; the exact commission structure is decided during the interview.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire international clients for web development and UI/UX design services.
• Drive sales through social media, Discord and other online channels.
• Communicate professionally and negotiate with clients across different time zones.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain client relationships.
• Report sales performance regularly.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, business development or client acquisition, preferably in IT services.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms; Discord experience is a plus.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working night shifts covering US/UK time zones.
• Self-driven, motivated and results-oriented.
• Prior experience selling web development and UI/UX services is a strong advantage.
