Owner – Strategic Leader for Software Services

About the role

The Owner role at UNAZ SERVICES LIMITED provides overall strategic direction and oversees day‑to‑day operations for software development, delivery, and support. This full‑time, on‑site position in Islamabad drives business priorities, financial performance, and market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the company’s strategic vision and business priorities.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource planning.
• Establish policies, procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build, lead, and develop diverse teams across development, delivery, and support.
• Guide product roadmaps and oversee software development lifecycles.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and identify new market opportunities.
• Monitor performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent the company in external partnerships, negotiations, and business deals.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in technology or software‑related businesses.
• Strong business management skills, including budgeting, financial oversight, and resource planning.
• Background in software, IT, or digital products with an understanding of development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience leading and developing diverse, inclusive teams.
• Ability to work on‑site in Islamabad and coordinate with international offices or partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus).
• Demonstrated problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment.
