Packaging Apprentice – Operations Support

About the role

Join Haleon’s fast‑growing packaging team in Jamshoro as a Packaging Apprentice. You will support value streams across assigned packaging zones, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations while learning the fundamentals of manufacturing and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in packaging operations following standard operating procedures and shift schedules.
• Maintain GMP and EHS compliance on the shop floor.
• Support blister‑to‑final packrite processes and perform equipment/area cleaning.
• Ensure 5S organization of workstations and chairs.
• Report and escalate quality or safety issues promptly.
• Execute timely material transfers from packing to warehouse.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Intermediate or Diploma‑equivalent technical education after Matriculation in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics.
• Basic understanding of packaging equipment preferred.
• Willingness to work in a shift‑based environment and follow strict safety standards.

Required skills

• GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) awareness
• EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) knowledge
• 5S workplace organization
• Packaging equipment operation (preferred)
