Paid Marketing Specialist (Google, Meta, TikTok & LinkedIn Ads)

About the role

NXTechNova, a digital agency focused on web design, development, UI/UX, digital marketing and AI‑powered automation, is seeking a performance‑driven Senior Paid Marketer. You will own end‑to‑end paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn while supporting organic brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns to maximise ROAS and lead volume.
• Conduct continuous A/B testing of ad copy, creative assets and landing pages to reduce CPL.
• Maintain pixel health, conversion API setup and accurate cross‑channel attribution.
• Oversee daily organic postings, community engagement and reactive commenting to build brand authority.
• Create punchy, conversion‑focused ad copy and basic blog/social content aligned with brand voice.
• Perform basic on‑page SEO, meta‑tagging and keyword updates to support organic discovery.
• Manage simple email nurture sequences and sales‑funnel flows for paid‑lead follow‑up.
• Prepare transparent performance reports for the manager, highlighting wins and strategic pivots.

Required profile

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on paid media.
• Proven track record managing significant monthly budgets on Meta and Google Ads.
• Active Meta Blueprint, Google Ads or HubSpot certification.
• Agency‑side or B2B demand‑generation experience.
• Excellent English communication for client reporting and ad copywriting.
