Paid Marketing Specialist (Lead Generation)

About the role

Free Mind Marketing, a 360 digital marketing agency with over a decade of experience in the MENA and Canadian markets, is hiring a Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Specialist in Islamabad. This is a full-time hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) combining B2B lead generation, prospect research, paid advertising, campaign optimisation and performance marketing. The specialist works with the Business Development, Creative, Content and Account Management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify qualified business prospects and build targeted lead lists
• Support outbound outreach and manage performance-focused digital campaigns that generate measurable business opportunities
• Work across the acquisition funnel, from finding the right audience to converting it into qualified leads
• Develop campaigns and prospecting strategies aligned with client objectives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Communications, Analytics or a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, paid advertising, performance marketing, digital marketing, SDR/BDR or a related field preferred
• Agency experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal English, attention to detail and ability to handle several campaigns and deadlines at once

Required skills

• LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio or CRM platforms preferred
• Understanding of ICPs, buyer personas, lead qualification, sales funnels and performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS and CAC

Hiring process: application review, then an online test package covering lead research, prospect qualification, communication and data accuracy, followed by a presentation and interview with the founders and hiring managers.
