About the role

Revive Entertainment is seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Park Manager to lead the daily operations of its entertainment facilities. You will ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all visitors while overseeing maintenance and staff performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day park operations and routine maintenance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑functioning environment for guests.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
• Lead, supervise, and manage facility staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Amusement Park Manager or in a similar operational role.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Knowledge of facility‑management systems and operational processes.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Professional, service‑oriented attitude.
