Part-Time Visa Consultant & Student Representative

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Visa Consultant and Student Representative to assist prospective students from Islamabad and remote locations. You will guide them through university admission pathways, visa procedures and pre‑departure steps while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations to understand students’ academic background, destination preferences and study goals.
• Explain admission routes, visa documentation requirements, timelines and pre‑departure procedures.
• Review application files for completeness, consistency and compliance with university and embassy standards.
• Coordinate with students, universities, internal consultants and other stakeholders to track application progress.
• Maintain accurate records, follow up on pending documents and provide timely updates through approved communication channels.
• Represent the consultancy professionally during student interactions, information sessions and education‑related events.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of international student admissions and visa documentation, especially for Italy, Germany or other European destinations.
• Excellent counselling, listening, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to assess academic documents, identify missing information and organise application files accurately.
• Knowledge of embassy procedures, visa appointment preparation, financial documentation and compliance considerations.
• Strong follow‑up, time‑management, case‑tracking and attention to detail.
• Professional written and spoken English; Urdu communication skills; familiarity with Italian or German education systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a part‑time remote arrangement while maintaining reliable availability for students.
