Partnerships Associate

About the role

The Partnerships Associate supports Nysonian’s influencer and user‑generated content (UGC) creator programmes. Working with approved templates and rates, the associate keeps the creator pipeline flowing by tracking performance, handling routine communications, preparing contracts and processing invoices.

Key responsibilities

• Track and log creator performance, delivery timelines and campaign results; maintain SLA sheets, creator database and Monday.com boards.
• Research, build and outreach lists of influencers and UGC creators using approved templates; serve as the routine point of contact for scheduling, reminders and product queries.
• Prepare, populate and issue contracts from pre‑approved formats, ensuring exact template compliance and accurate creator details.
• Submit approved invoices to the invoicing group, verify completeness and coordinate payment tracking with finance.
• Log and chase creator deliverables, route content and revision requests between creators and the creative team, and keep status up‑to‑date across tracking tools.
• Support day‑to‑day operation of the Superfiliate platform and coordinate product shipments and campaign details with creative, operations and order‑management teams.

• Hands‑on, high‑volume work style with strong organizational abilities.
• Clear, friendly and consistent communication for routine creator interactions.
• Ability to flag under‑performing or at‑risk creators to senior partnership leadership.
